right side grille--176000181; list $42.50; and,

left side grille--176000180; list $42.50.

Just ask the parts guy/gal at the parts counter for the SESG3 parts book and find the grille p/n's. HD frequently lists parts as "not available for seperate purchase" in their accessory kits when they are, in fact, available for separate purchase--confusing for sure.

Thanks, what else is needed other than the lids to work with aftermarket speakers? Did you have to mod the lids any to make the RF 6x8s fit?

I didn't do anything to the lids; however, I did use a Dremel tool with drum sander attachment to narrow the RF 6x8 speakers (RF p/n T1682). Before I did this I checked with RF to be sure no damage would be done to the speakers.

I'll post some pics in a week or so.

U can buy the lids but not the grills. That's bullshit. Harley makes you buy the whole kit to get the grills. I would rather spend the money on cycle sounds
I installed a Sony Bluetooth receiver. I can adjust the fade now (couldnt do that on the stock FLHX radio). I have the fade set to the rears at plus 4. Sounds the best to me.

You're welcome. Parts counter staff are not, typically, well-informed--so it's often best to do your own research.

Carl can't wait to see your photos. Pretty cool you got 6X8's to fit. I've been wanting speaker lids like the ones Voodoo Cycles make but might just end up going with H-D lids.

the very BEST sounding lids with speakers, J&M's 7.25" ROKKER series at http://www.jmcorp.com/ProductDetail....HSDR-7252GTM-T ,,,,,,

they don't take up a lot of saddlebag space either ,,,,
