If it was my bike and my money, I'd do the TW-555 cams.

I will be pulling out a set of 555's in about 3 weeks. They have about 2500 miles on them. I have a buddy who is interested, but he may back out.

IMO I wouldnt install the 777 in a stock bike. It and the 555 really do need more compression. The 555 works ok, but would really wake up with more compression.

Id probably say some Gerbings heated gear, finish off some powder coating and maybe a new front tire for next years road trips. Or maybe that Agitator wheel on the front.

Default Cams and tune -- hands down

Cams/tune makes the existing seat feel better, the paint and finsh shine, the wheels and tires handle better.... and on and on.... in fact short of really good brakes, cams and tune is top of my list for first improvement to make.

I bought some TW-555 today, seemed to be the biggest winner and I have been wanting some for a while. Install kit is cheap and I plan to do the install myself but it will have to wait until after Christmas so I also bought some good used Lower fairings and the detachable hardware for winter riding. Bought the used cams, used Lower fairings and new detachable fairing hardware for under $800 so I'm pretty happy.
Thanks for the push in the right direction and Happy Thanksgivin to everyone!
