We got 3 inches of snow today and a 1/2 inch of salt on the roads. Bikes won't be out again to spring. Time to fire up the snowblower and light the fireplace.

Luckily for me riding season never really ends in New Mexico, though it sure does get cold. I'll probably loose a few weeks this winder due to snow, but if we ACTUALLY have a monsoon season this year i'll probably loose more riding time then.

I think i'm just lucky that my daily ride to work is through a mountain pass either on the freeway or down Route 66

When did Germany bomb Pearl Harbor? I didn't pay real close attention in school.

Season? You mean there's actually a place where there is a set length of time that has a starting point and an ending point for riding? H-m-m-m-m-m not aware of anything like that around here. Seems like riding is pretty much 365/24/7. I m'self refuse to live where water can turn solid if left outside at any time of the year.

As far as "When did Germany bomb Pearl Harbor?" Please . . . did you study your history? John Belushi said it in Animal House . . . Geez, didn't they teach you ANYTHING in school?

Not here, in Northern Mexico aka South Texas I will ride until it hits 34 degrees. I figured out last season that 35 was OK, 34 got too cold. Hate to hear that you guys are already parking them for the winter.

Rode 12 miles last night in 28* weather & I can honestly say it was friggin cold! I ran into a little lumpy rain on the trip home but luckily made it home with no issues. Hoping for a cold dry winter vs a wet or snowy winter....I too am jealous of all of you who live in good weather climates!
