2011 riding season is officially over...

Luckily for me riding season never really ends in New Mexico, though it sure does get cold. I'll probably loose a few weeks this winder due to snow, but if we ACTUALLY have a monsoon season this year i'll probably loose more riding time then.
I think i'm just lucky that my daily ride to work is through a mountain pass either on the freeway or down Route 66

Season? You mean there's actually a place where there is a set length of time that has a starting point and an ending point for riding? H-m-m-m-m-m not aware of anything like that around here. Seems like riding is pretty much 365/24/7. I m'self refuse to live where water can turn solid if left outside at any time of the year.
As far as "When did Germany bomb Pearl Harbor?" Please . . . did you study your history? John Belushi said it in Animal House . . . Geez, didn't they teach you ANYTHING in school?

Rode 12 miles last night in 28* weather & I can honestly say it was friggin cold! I ran into a little lumpy rain on the trip home but luckily made it home with no issues. Hoping for a cold dry winter vs a wet or snowy winter....I too am jealous of all of you who live in good weather climates!
