Default Street Glide Rider Backrest

I have the newer style backrest that is wider at bottom,It appears that the older style that is tapperd at bottom would give wife a lil more leg room. Has anybody used both, that could tell me if its enough difference to be worth getn rid of mine and getn other style?

I have one of the old style that I would sell or trade for the one you have. Wife sold her Street Glide. $120 for backrest and mount. You pay shipping from NM.

She got it new with her SG and the bike had 22,000 miles on it when sold, and the backrest was only on when taking long trips, so it is in near perfect shape.
