Sounds like a sloppy crank to me. Excessive crank runout is the technical term.

thanks for all the replies, after bitching at a few people i finally got some where. taking her in on Tuesday to let them tear the motor down and find the problem. i will keep you up dated.

well i finally got my harley back. the vibration was from the fly wheels, it also had several other issues. Esp really saved my a$$ on this one. Now she runs smooth as glass.

Have you thought of going to MAYBE a different dealer??? Maybe the bike isn't all the problem.

So what it boils down to is, what the SW tells the ESP rep. to get authorization!
