Default Took a decent dump at lunch today

At lunch I stopped by to support our FRG and get a BBQ sammich, when I left, I backed out of my parking space and when I released the clutch to gently pull away, the rear tire spun and the front tire slid, got 'er straightened up but over corrected and ever so easy laid her down on the other side on the crash bar. Kept my cool, killed the engine got off and lifted it up the right way, without killing my back. The bank angle sensor still works cause it wouldn’t restart without first cycling the ignition. What I found was nice layer of loose sand, hidden by a layer of dry leaves, slicker ‘an otter snot. No damage, just a little embarrassing. Stay alert ya’ll, fall brings some interesting hazards. Ride Safe

Glad there wasn't any damage, but the thread title churned my tummy a bit. I did click on it, though.

Gotta watch those leaves. I broke my leg back in 1974 when I dumped it trying to stop on wet leaves.

I thought you were going to talk about taking a nice at lunch today...

Anyway, your OK that's what matters. Got to be careful, dropped mine last week backing out the garage.

Glad your ok, but reminds me of my OL and I going down…ok on the bike, falling!!! Just like yours but going around a corner after a stop. I got all muddy and wet. By the time I got up she was standing on the curb looking at me clean as can be. If she didn’t have a helmet on you would not have even know she was with me. Seems she basically stepped off the bike sometime during the slow slide sequence. How she did that in heels and got to the curb so fast is still a mystery. My ego was the only damage!
