I never had a death wobble , above 75mph it would feel like my rear tire was low on air and get a little loose but no wobble , I installed True Trak and that solved my issue

OK, don't know if this is your problem but it was certainly mine. I have a bagger brace on my 06 street glide. Rode it up in the mountains and I had a pretty bad front end wobble. Pulled over and checked my front tire 34 pounds. Aired it up to 40 to 42 and wobble went away. It was like a whole different bike. Watch your tire pressure both front and back it really makes a difference.

Check your wheel bearings they went out on mine at 15000 miles and right before I realized what was going on I noticed wobbling the handle bars. Just my 2cents...

KW was only 2 lbs. low from the book, both front and rear. This small variation should not be a factor. Harley has some homework to do on this one!

Actually, yes it can. 2psi is a little over 5% of the recommended pressure, and the recommended pressure is on the low side (looking at the charts on the Dunlop website). If he runs his tire pressure low, that'll accelerate wear, and contribute to cupping, which will definitely effect the bike's handling.

FWIW, I run 38psi in my front tire, and I ride hard. My last D408 (front) had 2/32 tread left at 18,000 miles.

41 in the front, 43 in the rear and 40 in the shocks...you are way low on your pressures.

I agree with 98fat and dswansbiker, your issue is low tire pressure. I run 36 front and 40 rear in my 2010 RK and it's dead stable and many have told me I'm too soft. One HD tech told me to run 42/42. Being <2lbs does make a difference on a 800lb bike, plus I've found that my tires loose 1-2lbs every 7-10 days just sitting, and further loose pressure as the weather turns colder.

I'm reading now that Harley has a problem with some bikes. I weigh 200 lbs, lone rider, tire pressure was 34 front, 38 rear. It seems to it's how the engine is mounted. I was traveling straight line, no after market accessories. I may pursue legal action. Some call this the death wobble, and believe me traveling at 75 it scared me to death. I never had this with my Honda VTX.
Yea go after the guy that told you it's okay to ride on low tires. I run 40 psi frt and rear, check them regularly and have never had and issue with the death wobble. But because your bikes new and under warranty it's not your fault.

Your issue is that you dont know what you ran thru or over on the interstate. Sue? What an idiotic response to a self induced condition. Figure it out man.
