i have thunderheader 2-1.great pipe especially if you are going to to do future mods,u can get a ghostm pipe for the dual look.i went black no heat shields.the bassani has a great 2-1 that has removable baffle if u want that route not sure if they offer a ghost pipe.not as loud as thunder header but good prforming pipe.2-1 is way to go but you must like the end result.good luck

I love the look of duals but if you want the HP would go with a FatCat. If you have your heart set on duals would go with aRinehart exhaust.

I know a 2 into 1 will perform better, but I'm not looking to break any land speed records! I think (I don't mean to offend anyone) that the left side would look strange without a pipe.

If I end up going your route in the spring I am going to go with extended bags so it won't look as silly with a single sided exhaust. If that is the route I end up going. Not offended just throwing my two cents in the bucket.

Then I'd say go with an X-pipe of some sort that allows you to keep the stock heat shields - either a Jackpot or Fullsac that will allow you to have to the power gains of an X-pipe while keeping the stock shields and appearance, since you said "I guess I could go power duals, but I'm not a fan of the look."

I went from the single pipe on my 2010 to the dual Jackpot 4.5 inch pipes, header etc.....I love the look, LOVE IT....Loud as hell and as far as performance I noticed no difference over stock.....what MKGUITAR said earlier makes sense. If I had it to do over again I'd save a stack of cash....then again, savng money isn't what HD stands for!!!
