Default Customer service....

.... Usually only gets mentioned on here when it sucks.

I wanted to take a chance and give a giant thumbs up to Zanotti.

I order a chopped tourpak, backrest, and detachable mounting bracket from them for my 2011 FLHX. For starters, I save a really good chunk of change from what I could get it at my local dealer. Secondly, they take the time to call me and let me know that this is a long lead item and it could take up to 5 weeks for delivery. I say no problem, I'm not needing it for about 8 weeks so five will be fine. 4 1/2 weeks later, I get an email telling me its at their facility and will be shipping to me that day. I get my tourpak and accessories but can't get the time to install it for almost a week. Once I get it all out and mounted to the bike, I notice a pretty nasty spider web looking crack on the top of the lid.
I call them immediately and without any questions, they say no problem, send back the lid and we'll get it taken care of...
Well, I explain, I'm leaving in two weeks for a big bike rally and I know that there's no way I can get it to you, back to HD, back to you, then back to me in two weeks. He says again, no problem, keep it till after your rally then send it back then.
I go to the rally have a great time, get back, get ready to pull it and realize I have another problem. We have a big ride to Talimena in a few weeks and although I don't need the tourpak for luggage, my wife needs it for some kind of a backrest.
I call them again and inform him of my new dilemma, again, no problem. He says he will go ahead and get one from HD, then send it to me, then I can pull off the cracked one and return it in the packaging he sent me the new one in, so that I don't have to deal with any downtime whatsoever.
Four weeks later, my new lid shows up, I remove the cracked one, replace with the new one, put the cracked one in the box that they sent and even found a new sticker with shipping already taken care of.

These guys are top notch and will get all of my business and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen!

Thanks again Zanotti!

Fuel Moto always gets glowing customer reviews, and rightfully so. They are awesome to work with. I also want to give a shout out to Bad Dad and Eastern Performance as well.

John at Bad Dad was very helpful and answered every single one of my questions over a year long process for my stretched bags and fender purchase. I have nothing but great things to say.

Same for Brian at Eastern Performance. I ordered my wheels from there and once again, very helpful and answered all my questions.

It is nice to hear of "the good news".... too easy to focus on the negatives on internet forums.

Low class to try to promote some other sellers on a thread that is giving Zanotti a good review.
If you think that they are so good, start their own. Not try to Hijack one for someone else.

Like I said Low Class...

Who the hell died and made you a moderator? I am sorry you think that was low class, I hope my tears don't soak into my pillow tonight.

The tread title is Customer Service. The OP mentioned a good review on Zanotti's, a great business to do work with. I happen to have just dealt with a few companies as I've been working on my bike this winter that have also went above and beyond, and I was sharing positive experiences.

Weird bro, looked to me like the thread title just said "Customer Service..."

That said, I have heard nothing but good things from those who have dealt with Zanotti's.

And my .02, LSHD1.com are some great folks to deal with. They've helped me on more than one occasion.

....I should have ordered through Zanotti's today for my black forks, lowering springs, and LED headlight. My dealer got me good. But considering out of 11Gs of parts I've ordered this fall/winter; that's the only parts I've bought from them. Figured I'd throw a grand at them to keep me on their good side. LOL. Zanotti's would have saved me about $270, but in the long run, I like giving my local guys business. They treat me right.
