I would never put a HD bike on a sears lift because I've seen them fall off. I use http://www.pitbullmotorcyclelifts.com/ . You can push the bike around on it and even sit on it. I have 33K into my bike and would never put it on something that need to be strap down. I pull my bike in, jack the lift and push it in the corner.

I have an 05 RK and bought the Sears lift, I wouldn't want to roll it around once it's up but for getting it off the ground for oil changes, cleaning and other light stuff, it does the trick, I'll probably get a full size lift, like the shops for the big jobs,,,

Holy Twin Cam, Batman!!!

Received my DunWell lift today ... takes two men and a boy to uncrate it, but rolls on the garage floor with the pressure of my little finger. This is one well made lift .... and just outstanding workmanship. Pricey, but worth it. Would not hestitate to do it again - after all, I am lifting a $22k motosickle.

Another reason this site is invaluable - especially to us NEWBIES!

Thanks for the tip TC!!

I'm glad you like it, I was very impressed with it's construction too, I especially like the wheels also, like you said , it rolls with one finger, very good quality lift.
