My question is why didn't you reinstall the liners? I always try to return items the way I receive them. Just an observation, but I bought some chaps with the insulated liners and I don't find them to be any warmer. Skip the liners and buy the leather overpants, much better at keeping the junk warm.

I have ordered jackets, gloves, and helmets from them. Jackets were sized small. I sent them back with no problems. Read the feed back on how the sizes run.

My 13 year old daughter was admitted into the hospital in Baltimore on October 14th and my time has been spent working and traveling 3 hours to Baltimore to meet with Doctors and visit her, driving 3 hours home gettting home around mid-night going top bed and doing it all over again the next day. As she is still there and we have no idea when she will be coming home re-installing the liners back in the chaps was not really on the top of my mind.

That's surprising. I've had nothing but great customer service and quality products from leatherup.com

Been on a road trip for the last 5 days. The Jacket, Vest and Chaps I have with me all came from Leatherup.com. I have recommended them to many friends. I guess all companies have a few bad apples in the employee barrel.

Duplicate post. Why is the forum duplicating every post I make today?

I bought a jacket from leatherup and had no problems. Used their sizing chart, read the reviews on the jacket and ordered one size up as recommended. Fits perfect and is same/better quality than my HD Forge Edition leather, which costs more than twice as much.

I will never pay HD prices for a jacket again. My brother was here visiting from CT last week, I was telling him about the leatherup jacket. Sumbitch took my HD jacket!
