Great write up - looks like an uber cool day out. Awesome pics too.

For fear of sounding like a damp squib, I considered a day out on the Nurburgring in Germany until I found out my insurance will not cover track days in any way, shape or form!

Nicely done, I've been telling people that Harleys handle a lot better than people give them credit and you've proved just that. Thanks for the write up and pictures.

coool, like pics and write up. I'll show it to some friends who don't think a bagger could run on tracks...
to have more ground clearance, swap your front wheel to a 21". Better riding and ground clearance!

Most awesome, The King rules everywhere. We have an outstanding track here in Alabama - Barber Motorsports - I hope to someday take my 'King there and let him stretch his legs, or as we say, get "Skint Back"!

Eeek, I should have checked that before I did it this August...

PS Nurbergring is a toll road, not a track day :-)
