Default Installing Woods 555 Cams

I am going to install these cams with FuelMotto adjustable push rods. As finances get better I will do FuelMotto's 107.
Question is while doing the cams should I also install new Wood Performance Directional Lifters?

new lifters are not required.... the directions included with the pushrods are for stock lifters but if the lifters are not that much price difference than go for it.

I would stick with the stock lifters.

What kind of mileage do you have? i would say if you have less than 25k i would leave the stock ones in...save it for the 107 build

I have 17k on my 2008 Road King. I like the way you think!

I went the same way as you are going until I was able to finally pull the trigger on the 107.
I installed the 555 and several months later the lifters. I can tell you to me the lifters where a great improvement, it seemed to quite it all down. I went with the screamin eagle adjustable pushrods tappered, I see you are in Middleburg, Adamec in Baymeadows had them in stock. I am actually pulling the 555's out this weekend and installing the 777's.

I'm running stock lifters. You should be good. Being your bike is a 2008. I think we may have the "B" Lifters. I have no bleed down even after days of just sitting. My drive train really is not that noisy even with roller rockers. I also gave a extra 1/2 turn when setting up the push rods.

I would inspect and only replace if you see any noticeable damage.
