I swapped my cams at around 50000 miles i think and left the stock ones.....if i was really doing mods then i would think about switching but the stock ones are ok for mild cam upgrade....

I'm running the stock lifter with my TW-555 cams. I did not use the Fuel Moto pushrods they are a pita to install; I went with the SE Adj Pushrods instead.

Maybe a dumb question, but I was wondering why adjustable push rods are needed with the Fuel Motto 107 kit. Since you have to take everything apart to do it, why not just re-use the stock push rods? Espcially if you don't plan on any future mods. Just wonderin...

I don't think so. Base circle only really needs changing to achieve lifts greater than .660 lift. The adjustable push rods are included to make the job easier to install without having to remove the heads.

The stock lifters are good. If ya didn't notice my sig I'm running the T-Man 662-2 cam that run .660 lift and it takes some massive spring pressure to keep it all under control
When the cam lobs on the T-Man 662-2 make a complete revolution in the cam plate the lobes barley miss each other. I never measured the gap, but it couldn't be more than a couple sheets of paper
