Just had mine replaced under warranty for Chrome peeling.

 

Me too. I just bought a used 2010 FLHTK and during the negotiations on the price, I noticed the chrome was lifting off the spoke areas on both the front and rear wheels. My salesman said that they would be covered by the warranty, but to wait a month for the title work and everything else to finish up. It's in the shop right now, waiting for the wheels to come in that were ordered Wednesday. I'd like to think it's rare. Maybe they were plated on a Monday morning.
