DB is working on a solution to the current shock travel/contact issues, that some HAVE experienced. Tony says a new revised shock is coming. Would be great to have a happy ending to this recent saga! Remember, stuff only gets fixed if concerns get brought to the attention of people that can fix them! A lot of DB feedback lately, and maybe a positive spin is in store for future...for those that ARE interested. Apparently, Santa has a slam kit on order for the sled AND has dropped the crossover for duals!

 

See and I was thinking this issue was going to come with a asian massage or something..... I was gettin ready to complain

I am glad to finally hear some positive news... so far I have not had any problems with my system but to make it even better than what it is would be great.

Well after reading all these posts and threads I will give my input. I havent put a ton of miles on the bike yet but the ride is a little more harsh then what I was told it would be. When I ride with wife me at 240 and wife at at 135 I have bottomed out on quite a few occasions. I tried airing it up more to compensate for this but when you get off the bike the shock bolts rest right on the exhaust. Those are probably my two biggest complaints. I havent had any leaks or other issues so far but should check my wiring harness under the fender. I wish it wouldnt bottom out as much and when it rebounds it wouldnt hit my expensive exhaust with the lower bolts. Tony has been a descent stand up guy so far so hopfully he will take care of us.
