The forum is being used to lever against the vendor, before giving him an opportunity to settle the dispute one on one. If I was Tony, I'd give a refund and be through with it.

 

Maybe for you, I emailed him a while back inquiring about replacement and/or refund & he has yet to respond to me.

Do you know if Tony is handling this on a case by case basis or is he doing a full sweep offer to all of us who bought the product. I too would be interested in the new shocks if they are going to be a more appropriate fitment for our bikes.
