I just thought I would adress this issue based on some of the responses when someone posts a trading my 06 for an 07 post.

I'm just fuming as I HAD to ride 250 miles, R/T, through some of the finest riding country in the country to get it done.

A very complex machine that is IMO the best design they've yet made, that has been seriously screwed over by EPA Dorkhead rules, and now the MoCo gives me a free fix that is getting great reviews. Thank you MoCo for taking care of me!

Who cares? Now I would be a little ticked if I had bought one of the last 06's, only to have the 07's come out a day later, for two reasons: 1) The 07 upgrades, and 2) the better deal I probably could've gotten on the 06 if I had waited a few days! Aside from that, I don't really care, I love my 05 Glide, and wouldn't sell it even if I could get a brand new one loaded exactly like mine for the same price! (well maybe in that case I would consider it....)

 

I wanted a roadglide, was happy with my 02 classic w/88tc so I would have bought it anyway upgrade or not.

 

Not complaing about the upgrade which is just great; I was complaining about the horrible, nasty ride from Prescott, over Mingus Mt, through Jerome, down to Page Springs, through Sedona into Oak Creek Canyon, and up to Flagstaff. Can you say Facetious?
