STA-BIL fuel stabilizer good or bad for EFI ?
My new RKC is my first bike with EFI, will STA-BIL fuel stabilizer gum up fuel rails etc. over time?, I've used it on carbed bikes for the winter storage months with no problem, guess the trick is do not use more than recommended oz.'s per gallon.

I've never had a problem using Stabil in any of the EFI bikes I've had (they get stored 3-4 months a year).

I've never heard of it causing any trouble as long as it is still red, meaning fresh, when you use it. A lot of people prefer Sea Foam.

If you don't like the Stabil then try the Seafoam I think it is a much better product!

Great stuff - safe for all fossil fuel vehicles...shouldn't be any problems.

I used Stabil years ago and had no problems, but I use Seafoam Motor Treatment now. Stabil is more of a on-trick pony, whereas Seafoam does lots of things well.

I've used it for years in all of my injected bikes and have never had a problem.

they make a new sta-bil for ethanol use. supposed to keep ethanol from absorbing moisture and turning it in to water.
