deleted a disc, what kind of caliper/rotor should i go with?

You didn't mention what year/model bike you have, but I single sided an 06 street glide a few years ago, and upgraded to a brembo caliper and rotor. You'll need the brembo rotor (it's slightly larger), to take full advantage of the brembo caliper. I also changed to a 9/16 master cylinder. It was a lot like riding a fatboy or a heritage.
