And you would be correct sir......when first rode out of the lot with it I was like "omg....why did I rent this big bulky barge"......a day later I felt like crying turning it back on. The SG was a nice bike but the Limited was something else......even low speed maneuvers felt more stable to me than the SG or my RK ..... Go figure? The 103 pulled the bike nicely along and the power delivery was so smooth......and I mean smooth......handled all the canyon corners just fine. Loved the stereo and the Tour Pack. Sure made it convienient in hauling my stuff

Gotta ask though.......should the delivery of power be just as smooth on all the touring bikes or does the Ultra have something extra to have the throttle response be so smooth and responsive? The SG and my RK seem to have a rougher edge when giving it the throttle ie: more vibration etc......fwiw this was a 2012 Limited with 3800 in the clock

I didn't know if the Ultra had diff motor mounts etc. I doubt Las Vegas Harley has done anything to their rental bikes. Pretty sure they are all stock. The 103 sure is noisy but wow was it smooth on the Ultra vs the SG....same year and motor. My RK is a 96

I really wanted to rent a bike when I went out to Vegas on my honeymoon. Just couldn't spare the 1000.00 deposit. I'm sure it was awesome out there riding around!

put it on a credit card. I believe they hold the charges until the bike comes back, they dont take the money out and then refund it, so it doesn't affect your debt limit

Renting those bikes is the best sales tool HD has.
