1st post , must be the dr gave him a call , if you planned to meet him at the show and plans changed why not contact him , I'm sure there weren't so many people coming to the show with bad wheels that you couldn't remember who he was , customer service and communication goes both ways , I've dealt with many dealers that would have followed up

the time you spent on the HD Forum is well appreciated, i offered you to replace the wheels and i appreciate you taking the inner tube if the tubes caused you an issue i am entiteled to be informed, if the valve cracked it is not some i knew off nor i do control, i am not a cone person i do business in the UK as much as i do in the rest of the world from Japan to Australia, China Harley Dealers, other 459 Harley Dealers all over the world, and many other places, if you have a problem get back to the manufacturer who supported you from the begining before you slauter them, with no trial, no one is perfect, the difference is we stands behid the product and warant our wheels. i am sure no other company that take care of their customers like we do, so please next time you come to a conclusion and drive this blog with all the negatives at least let me know and when i tell you to go climb a rock and do not help you then you have the right to say and do all you want, i am here for you let me now what i can do to help.

Ok first off thank you for the apology. To answer your points. Maybe you should have let me know about the show problems, which would have got the response from me "Oh ok no problem, thanks for letting me know", rather than me thinking the worst. What would you have thought in the same circumstance?

The valve didn't crack. The rubber around the valve split due to the hole for the valve being offset on the wheel and the tube being forced into that position. You are the wheels expert. You should know this. And yes offset valve tubes are available.
I'm not trying to slaughter anybody. I reported the facts and let others know how I felt about those facts.

It also didn't help when the guy from DrVTwin comes on and gives really lame excuses about why these thing happen and probably by doing so kept the thread going for longer than it otherwise would have.

I am disappointed due to the problems I've experienced. If I genuinely have the wrong end of the stick regarding your customer service then I apologise completely.

I have had this happen with paint as well.

Interesting. Didn't know they were shipped in airtight vacuum sealed containers. That's going above and beyond.

If I owned a business, I would limit distribution to the country I lived in just to avoid situations like this. It seems like Murphy's law is international.
