I run Ride Wrights and Sam has treated me very well! I would buy wheels from them again! Yes, I run tubes but didn't when I first got the rims, and had no issues. Had some work done so added the tubes as long as the wheels were off.

However they,by your own admission, offered to send new wheels and you declined. Why you declined is lost on me. IMO anything after that is on you.
Probably best to read subsequent posts, not just the first.

Well, I had a taste of this buying a part from the UK and it was no fun-fest. If companies are going to ship overseas, they ought to take the same good care of those customers as any in their home markets.

By the time a person goes through all the BS of international shipping charges, duty / other taxes, etc., he / she's generally paid a premium and then some - all to get a company's particular product.

Might take more effort, but worth it long term. A company's rep is all it really has, hope this company sets things right.

I have deleted this now because as far as I am concerned the company have replied and the matter is closed.

sorry for your trouble, and we did not go to the show because we could not secure a spot, not avoiding any one. One of our dealers was dispalying .
the time you spent on the HD Forum is well appreciated, i offered you to replace the wheels and i appreciate you taking the inner tube if the tubes caused you an issue i am entiteled to be informed, if the valve cracked it is not some i knew off nor i do control, i am not a cone person i do business in the UK as much as i do in the rest of the world from Japan to Australia, China Harley Dealers, other 459 Harley Dealers all over the world, and many other places, if you have a problem get back to the manufacturer who supported you from the begining before you slauter them, with no trial, no one is perfect, the difference is we stands behid the product and warant our wheels. i am sure no other company that take care of their customers like we do, so please next time you come to a conclusion and drive this blog with all the negatives at least let me know and when i tell you to go climb a rock and do not help you then you have the right to say and do all you want, i am here for you let me now what i can do to help.
Sam,
Ride Wright Wheels

Given the chance, Sam will help you! He is easy to talk to, and will go out of his way to make things right. Give him a chance.....

I run ride wrights and love them.

Quality of the wheels is awesome.

I ordered thru my Indy, and fwiw the parts girl there simple won't deal with DNA due to the **** customer service provided. My order with ride wright was my shop's first and when I went in to pick them up she could not stop raving about how easy RW was to deal with, and as a result my shop became a RW dealer.

You turned down a $1000 replacement rim and opted for a $10 inner tube......

I'll never write a company off for having an issue, it happens. I'll wait and see how the issue is handled and the customer treated. A new rim was on it's way to you until you said no.
