Default Looking For Ideals To Remove Rear Blinkers

Looking for pictures and ideals to remove the blinker light bar from my 08 FLHX. Looking to replace with LED in rear filler panels. Thanks for all suggestions and pictures.

Well the ideal thing to do would be to ask for ideas...sorry, being a jerk. Are you looking to remove the 3 strip light from the bottom of the rear fender? I will try and track down the bike pics I say recently that had lights in the filler, but it also had the 3 strip lights still there. Sorry again about the first line, just playing.

Found this on another thread here on the HD Forum, but I don't know how to paste the link to that thread. Is this what you were talking about?

I couldn't help it....the devil made me do it... lol. Here's a past link to a forum discussion that has lots of different ideas and companies that make the lights.

I had the same idea. I am looking to mount a set of 1940 Ford tail lights in the filler panels.I am having trouble finding fillers that mount flush to the fender of a FLHTK.

I'd love to send you pictures of my Bad Dad replacement fender with flush mount LEDs, but they just got delivered, and I'm in Iraq, so it'll be a while for pictures. It looks exactly like post #8, only it's a replacement fender and not a fender cover.

If you keep your stock fender you could always get the Yaffe plate that mounts where your brake lights were and install their EZ lights in the filler strips or bags....... www.baggernation.com
