V&H Power Duals Installed on 2011 Street Glide
I ordered the V&H Power Duals and an Arlen Ness Big Sucker from Dr. V-Twin last Wednesday and received them yesterday! I truly recommend these guys as they matched the absolute lowest prices I was able to find online through one of their competitors. They had them in stock and ready for shipment.
I decided to tackle the install myself and I began immediately after receiving them. The whole install took me about 7 hours as I took my time to ensure everything went together properly. This was definitely a task as I did it all myself. If I would've had another set of hands this would've been a bit easier. Although I now take great pride in knowing I got it done myself.
I am very pleased with the looks, sound and performance gained by changing out these headers and they paired very nicely with my Rinehart 4" Slip-Ons. The sound is now a deeper rumble and the performance gains are easily noticed.
I have not yet installed the air cleaner although I will probably tackle it this weekend. That install will be a walk in the park compared to the exhaust install. I will have to get the Stage 1 download immediately after installing the AC. I originally intended on getting a PC-V although my dealership is deadset on voiding my warranty as soon as I plug it in. We shall see and I may wait on the AC install until I decide exactly what I am going to do regarding the stealership Stage 1 download or the PC-V.
Check out the pics and let me know what you think or any advice you all may have! If you all want to see more pics I'll be happy to forward your way! Thanks in advance!

Yes I am really interested in getting the PC-V and can get it for just about $20 more than the download and labor at the dealership. I just don't want to hit any snags should I need warranty work in the future. I paid for the extended warranty and I know they will do their best to pin it on anything I've added on.

I've got the same setup on my '12 SG. I went with the PC-V and couldn't be more pleased in terms of power. Haven't gone in for the dyno & custom tune, that's a project for next Spring. IMHO the rumble of the whole system left something to be desired, so I opted for the 2.5" baffles. Now it runs, looks, AND sounds just right!

I have a similar set up with VH HO Slipons insetead of the Rineharts. I went with a PC-V and got it dyno/custom tuned. I love it. I was told by my dealership that as long as I did not "heavily modify" my bike the warrenty would be fine. I specifically asked about a stage one, and they said yes, I would still be ok even if they did not do the install. Granted I haven't needed any warrenty work (knock on wood) so I haven't put that to the test.
Great looking ride by the way. Enjoy the new set up!

I'm running V&H PowerDuals and love them. I'm still using the factory/OEM mufflers though and it made a surprisingly big improvement in the sound of the bike to just go with the PD headers, enough to make me hold off on changing mufflers. The tone is noticeably deeper now even with the stock mufflers. I may just leave them as-is in fact.
I went with SE Ventilator a/c and the PCV from FuelMoto and it runs flawlessly.

Burch and Arizona,
Did you all do your own install of the Power Duals? I am wondering if you used the gaskets that were provided by V&H in the box? I did not use mine as I was not able to notice any factory gaskets to remove prior to installing the new system. Also when you tightened down the headers to the motor did the flanges meet the head or is there a small gap between the flange and the head?
