Anyone running a Danny Gray "Big Seat" or the Mustang "Vintage Solo"?
How do you like it? Ive heard the Danny Gray is a little on the hard side but Im wondering if this may be a good thing? I like the looks of the Danny Gray but what looks good doesnt always work good. Im considering his "Big Seat" or a Mustang "Vintage Solo". Anyone running either of these?

Had 'em both. Mustang Vintage Solo is an "all day" seat. Yes, the "Big Seat" looked cooler on my Street Glide, but 6 hours on that seat and I was DONE and sore. Both Corbin and Danny Gray have reasons for the hard seats - they sound good, but you can't beat a Mustang. And...........the Mustang Vintage Solo really looks good on a Road King (assuming you're putting it on your '09 RKC).
My $0.02 - hope it helps.

I have a vintage solo on mine. Love the ride, although I am still in the break in period. So far it is way more comfortable than the Sundowner that I was using and I can ride longer than before. I also got the one with the backrest which has helped also.

I have had all of the previously mentioned seats including a couple of LePera's too. Every one of those are way more comfortable than any LePera. If you want to know how comfortable a LePera seat is? They aren't,imagine taking two bricks and covering them in leather, then sitting on it. That should get you pretty close.
