I just went into the garage and took a look at my headlight assemblies..
the Morimoto mini needs about 4 1/2" mounting depth inside the headlamp housing, we may have enough room inside the housing BUT...... there is one issue that will interfere with the operation of the projector..
there is a black Harley emblem right in the center of the lens of headlamp housing! LOL!
that emblem will have to be removed for the projector to work properly..

you will have to take the headlight assembly apart to put the projector housing inside.. that means separating the lens from the housing.

thats not a big issue, heat up the headlight and pry the lens art . i have done i have done it on a few car head lights as well as a motorcycle healight. i use a heat gun, or hair dryer. work slowly and its a breeze

Good point, never thought about that. This would be a sweet modification. I would probably look into a second headlight assembly to do this too just in case it goes wrong.
