I'm considering the extended pans, too. I eye-balled the extra inch forward and I think it will give me the wiggle room that I need.

I already have the Soos kit, which moves the floorboards away from the frame by 1 inch (huge improvement). The Soos kit makes the shifter/peg mod a non-issue.
