You didn't ask how to get it off the trailer. The easiest way to do that is to untie the bike and peel out making a sharp turn going as fast as you can.

On is easy. Off is harder. A wide ramp is best for that and just walk it out or back down with you sitting on it. If you are sitting on it make sure to let it roll freely past the point where your feet may not touch the ground.

On or off, it is always best to get the ramp as level as possible.
