Stock with taillight and turn signals removed, license plate frenched into fender, taillights/turn signals frenched in the bag fillers.

My Avatar pic. isn't that much of a custom but it isn't stock. You can be seen more. The bag lights are LED's from Ebay about $40.00 the stock lights i got the LED bulbs from Auto Zone. I did get a Run Turn Brake module from Badlands compatible with my security .

Is there a piece you can buy to fill in where the stock tail light goes? I just want the license plate there.

Some thing I did with mine. Added 39 Ford led lights to the TP for brake and running lights, along with a third brake light from a suberban.

Take a look at the Bad Dad sight. They have a lot of pics with custom light setups. i am planning to go that route.
