Just got my limited 3 weeks ago, It was laid up for three days for the 1000 mile check and I just turned 2500 miles. Can't seem to stay off it. Wife is happy and that can't be a bad thing. Good luck and now start the Mods.
Great choice but you can still have it all. I didn't go with the Ultra I went with the classic and stripped her down to look like a Street Glide....well kinda like one and when my wife does with me the couch and trunk go on and it's still a great touring bike. I'm sure you can do this with the Ultra also. I just wasn'r quite ready to give up solo riding but love it when the wife rides along. In any case you'll love thy geezer glide.
I hit 500 miles today on the way to work and just cannot get over how amazing this bike is to ride. What a machine! I am really amazed it took me this long to convert over and now cannot fathom riding another bike. While the V-Rod was an awesome machine, it doesn't touch The Limited!
