motherwell lid covers
Hi,
I am thniking of buying some lid covers from Motherwell as they are cheaper than the Mustang ones.
1. does anyone have them (any good ?)
2. do they use velocro or just a pull on fit ?
I dont fancy any with velocro but if anyone has any other lid covers they could recommend that would be great.
Thanks.

Hi LionSM.
good pointyou make but i live in the UK and can get the motherwell ones a darn site easier (no tax /import duty/ VAT / etc/etc) than i can the mustang ones.
i have a mustang seat so know their quality is great but for something little like the covers i'd add another $100 in "extras" to get them here.
Thanks

Hi Cougar.
A new ultra classic is £20,000 (so at 1.5 exchange thats $30k).
Limited is £22k
Classic is £18k
V&H hi output mufflers = £600 ($900)
Its bagsically whatever you pay in dollars we pay in pounds from the stealer.
If i import items (i do!) then i pay your dollar prices + 20% tax + post + whatever i get done for at the local post office to receive the goods.
i work in the states sometimes so make the most of it and bring plenty back with me !
Thanks.
