I did, you don't have to change anything, except for the throttle position sensor. Some guys buy the extension kit for the existing TPS, but mine was done by the dealer, so of course they go the expensive route.
For me they were too long of a reach causing me to sit upright. You could tilt them back to eliminate that, but at 6'6" I needed the legroom.
I ended up with the Wild 1's 577, perfect for me.

I recently completed the install of Wild 1 Chubby 12.5 inch bars on my Ultra Limited. I did not have to extend the switch control wires. But they BARELY made it out of the bars. Anything taller than 13" and you'll need to extend the wires, including the throttle by wire.
I did have to install a longer clutch cable.
