EBAY Woes as well as Seller Woes
#11
My one and only experience with ACM was not a good one. The extended shifter I purchased arrived with the original packaging torn open, stripped out bolt threads and a damaged spline. Obviously either a used or returned part.
When I contacted them, the customer service seemed to be good at first, but quickly went downhill from there. Long story short follow-up emails went unanswered, and phone calls were not returned. After nearly a month of getting jerked around, I had to file a complaint with ebay to finally get a response and a resolution from ACM. **** poor way to do business. Never again.

ACM came through with GREAT Customer service, less then 24 hrs after I emailed them. A+ great service. I am/was more or less ranting about EBAY i mean what A joke. there customer service rep was some young kid who's english was so broken I couldnt understand him half the time, and even with all my PROOF i still had no leg to stand on what a joke.. THANK YOU ACM for comming though
