Dyna Beads?
#22
I'm also running Dyna Beads and love them!!! Great invention and they offer so monay benefits to lead or steel weights. You can't see them so your wheels look better, and just like the name< they provide dynamic balancing.
I will always use them from here on out. If you read anything about people who don't like them, it's only because they aren't using the real Dyna Beads or because they haven't put the recommended amount in each tire.
Good luck

Been running them for years, they have worked very well for me and lots of our customers.
Here is a link to some diagrams on the physics of how they work.
It is one of the few items the DK sells that we do not make ourselves.

NH, your changing your tires using tire irons (spoons)? You wouldn't want to video that for the forum would you? I tried spoons/irons some time ago and it was a biatch, I could use a video tutorial and I can be alone.

i put them in my front tire just before sturgis. i had a little wobble, just sometimes, there and back.
thenafter i'm back home, i went on an interstate ride. DEATH WOBBLE at 70mph. scared the s@#t out of me. put 2 and 2 togather, added up to dyna beads. took them out and no problem now.
make-up your own mind.

i had them in a front tire and had significant vibration, took them out and put in ride on, tire balancer and sealant. Tire was very smooth, so dont know if it was remounting the tire in a different location on the wheel or the ride on, but suspect the ride on had something to do with smoothing out the tire, as it was the only thing different about the setup.

A word of caution for first time Dynabead user's. Be careful when you mount the new tires. Don't get lubrication on the inside where the beads will be. It will cause them to clump together and not perform correctly. The moco has a habit of spraying too much lube in the tires. The tires on my wife's 2012 Triglide were wet and sticky inside from too much lube.
