If I ride at a steady 60mph I get around 45mpg, and I have stage one, however I don't usually ride that slow, so I usually see around 35-40mpg, riding above 70mph really changes the mpg.

I have a 2011 103 LTD Ultra with just about the same setup as you. I have the Big Louies also with a 2.5 baffle, but I have Vance & Hines Power Duals. I'm getting 43 to 44.

My stock RK averaged 43 mpg on our Texas trip last week. And that was 2 up with bags full. A buddy with a '05 Ultra was fussing the other day about getting only 36.

I am thinking those number are derived from a stock setup, with by the book shifting (see page 145 in you owners manual), ethanol free high octane gasoline, and riding at or around 55 mph. With that being said you will never see 54mpg. I get anywhere from 40-44 average you may want to get a re-tune that one may not be good for your setup.

That would be down hill with a tail wind! to get 54 mpg

When I ride the Black Hills, I get around that 50 mark. 35-40 on the eastern side of the state.
2010 Ultra with 103, big sucker intake, oil cooler, race tuner, gutted cat and fat stick muffs.

2011 CVo Road Glide gets 42 / 46
2012 Ultra 103 getting 44 / 46

Both Fuel Moto head pipes, stage one air , slip on's and TTS tuners. No dyno work just "V" tuned.

My wifes 2011 Deluxe getting 38 / 42 stage one down load, air cleaner and slip on's. Waiting on the TTS release on this one so I can get it right.
