Personal preference. An included trunk is a nice value. Less buffeting with the batwing by what I've read.

Regarding the RG vs. batwing, I found the batwing to have less buffeting than the wideglide front end with skinny front on my Deuce. So I don't even notice it.

If you love the RG styling, by all means, get it.

Yeah, don't get a Harley, don't need another person joining the lawsuit that should never have been created by people that never should have bought a Harley.

 

if you have your heart set on a roadglide I would get the ultra and add a tour pack detachable kit.the ultra come with cruise control and the lowers are removable.(word of caution once that tour pack is on it becomes a convienent purse,and makeup bag container)

I just traded in my RoadGlide in favor of an FLH. Loved my RG's throughout the years. However, I am unable to ride to and from Sturgis to SC annually. RG is the Cadillac of all HD's. Don't worry what others think about your decisions.
