the air ride is holding up well, i need to change the compressor fitting to a 90, cause sometimes the clutch cable can push on the fitting/line connect and it will leak down when its locked to the one side. i was hesitant with buying it, but he proved me wrong.

paul was outa town i think last week or the week before.

ya id think with that fairing and a 30" you need a nice big internal fork stop. i had to have about 1" made so my fender wouldnt smack trees.

 

Subscribing to this. I am in the market for a 11 or 12 Road Glide Custom. Same plans, stretched bags and fenders, custom paint, no chrome, and a 26" front.

 

Thanks for the info slothy I will give him a call again this week and see if he can build me the front air ride.

 

I put a 26" on my RK, but wasnt too worried about how it would ride or handle because I just putt around to shows and stuff.......

owen, did you sell that bike? - remember it up for sale awhile ago.

 

I have never sold anything in my life... still have my first truck form 16 (20 yrs ago). I had a buddy put it on e-bay, but dead-beats screwed that up. Its just too nice to have sitting around. I have 8 other bikes (dirt bikes too) and I have to move it some-how to start another project. i am looking at a '12 CVO to drop and rake. 1 dealer is considering taking my RK. That would be the easiest, which is what i'm in to!

I am open to any suggestions..........
