Default aftermarket radio - "cop" glide

Fusion Electronics MS-RA200: am/fm/wx/usb/aux/sirius ready, 100% waterproof
Jensen Marine "Jenaux": waterproof fitting for usb/mp3 mounted in dash adjacent to radio
Polk Audio: marine grade 5.25" speakers, 1" tweeters. mounted tweeters either side of radio (police bikes not equipped with aux. gauges)
Amplifier: 300W, not sure of brand

Stereo shop did the install. They found all necessary power existing inside of fairing. I didn't have to add any "civilian" wiring harnesses; I have to operate manually, but that is no big deal.

I am extremely happy with my radio...it meets all of my needs....wouldn't change a thing.

I put in a Sony DSX-MS60 into my '09 FLTR last year. It's a marine unit with water resistant circuitry and I love the tray where I can plug in a memory stick directly. No more CDs, can take 1000s of tunes along, and pull it out to make changes or add songs. No complaints. I used a Hawg Wired kit to support the installation.

I have an 05 EG Standard, put in the Biketronics Retro Radio kit in 05 with a Sony deck (mp3 deck). The only issue I've started to run into is the Sony deck is starting to go/overheat more quickly, but given that's it 8 years old, I think I've gotten my money's worth out of the deck, and time for a new one!

2000 FLTHCI:
Sony GT57UPW $90 @ Wally World
Kicker DS525 $55 @ Wally World
BikeTronics Kit:
$198 Retro Radio Kit, $15 Wiring harness, $20 Splash Kit
Total $378+Tax and S&H (around $400)

The stock radio would cut out when it got hot (probably solderjoint somewhere). With just the 2 5 1/4" speakers running off the HU, it is plently loud even at 75. Install took lil over an hour, all plug & play. Hand controls work with the BK module. Speaker grilels were faded from 12 years, took some black fabric scraps treated with ScotchGuard and covered the stock grille. Tested the covers out before putting them back in, did not leak through even when directly under the water spout. Plus it has UV protectant to help with the fading. Im just going to renew it every spring. I also painted the chrome guage rings tectured black after roughing them up

The HU has USB port, get a the smaller thumbdrive so that it will fit under the splash cover.

Be prepared for even more stares. Just in the few weeks since I have installed it, I cant count on how many times I have had people jammin to the tunes in cars next to me.

I'd like to replace my radio with just a CD player and changer. Anyone know of one?
