I'm looking at a 2011 Street Glide with 900 miles...pretty much a stock bike...couple little things added. Seller is wanting $17,000. From what I've seen, price seems ok. I do need to add a different seat w/backrests and passenger floorboards. I guess Im just looking for some different opinions if you think this sounds like a fair price.

Even if it was a stock 2011 FLHX - $17K @ 900 miles is very good. I'd jump on it!

 

No ABS or security...just cruise. 96' motor....python slipons. I am concerned about the CAT...just from what i have read with the heat issue.

 

Price sounds right to me. Replace the head pipes with a non-cat head pipe and you will be just fine. Maybe convert the bike to Amsoil with an Ultracool oil cooler and you will notice a huge drop in heat.

Sounds fair. For comparison, last week I bought a mint condition 2010 RG Custom with 6,000 miles. It has ABS, cruise, security. 96" motor with Stage 1. Bike came with close to $7000 of extras including; V&H Dual exhaust, tour pack, top of the line Mustang 2-up seat, chrome lowers, floorboards, pegs, grips, satellite radio, garmin base, HD Premium ride shocks, and a bunch of other stuff which I'm forgetting to mention and/or haven't discovered.

Be patient, it is a buyers market and there are plenty of deals out there and the weather is getting colder. Good luck!

 

About average but I would get one with ABS.

 

I was at the dealer today and they have 2 2011 SG. Both have abs and security and cruise, oh yea both have 103 motors. One has 1300 miles and the other 215 ( this one is brand new not titled yet, the other is used and traded in yesterday for an ultra) The one with 1300 miles is 18k and the other is 18,999. Thinking of trading my dyna for a Street GLide.
