We need some details. Spokes or mags? Tubeless or tubes? wheel weights to balance?

First thing I'd check if they're spokes is all the spokes, both front and back.

Shimmy is not balance. Balance give you a up and down beat equally in the grips or rear seat of the paints. Shimmy or wobble is side to side run out that pulls the grips in and out of your hand or grinds the seat up into your butt. Assume you installed new tire. Could be that. Assume you had someone else do it. I would have them check it. There was a recent post were the person lost his front wheel. The installer had over torqued the axle cap. His description was I had a vibration, a slight shimmy and then the wheel came off. He was lucky to be still posting.
