JAGG/SETRAB USA=Outstanding Company/Great Customer Service

I would like to share my recent experience with the company. I have owned a Jagg 10 row oil cooler for approximately 2 years. I have never been able to get a leak free installation. I recently contacted Jagg/Setrab and explained that I thought it might be the oil cooler itself and not the hardware or the installation. They told me to box it up, ship it back and they would inspect/test the oil cooler. Jagg received my cooler and after a short period I received an email saying they tested the oil cooler and found it to be leak free. They gave me some pointers on how to achieve a leak free installation and returned the oil cooler with all new gaskets, hoses and worm clamps, at no charge to me.

I followed their pointers for installation and so far this appears to be the solution.

Outstanding company with excellent customer service who stand behind their product 100%! If you are in the market for an oil cooler, I highly recommend you do business with Jagg/Setrab USA!

I am a bit lazy and once the oil cooler is on it is a monumental pain in the A** to get it back off. I made several attempts at adjusting/replacing the hardware and finally gave up. I finally contacted the manufacturer as I was out of ideas.

Yeah I put mine on a week ago and I can't seem to get the compression fittings (ref to as AN coupling) to stop weeping oil. They are sending me a new set of 'couplers' but I'm not confident the old set are bad. You have to tighten em really tight to the point that you almost strip em out. The customer service is awesome however. I explained to the gentleman that I would preff a cooler with barbed hose fittings on the cooler but the 09 and up models have the AN fittings. The product quality and customer service Is first rate, but until they do something else in place of the AN fittings I recommend you use a different cooler. I'm going to try the new fittings and if they fail to seal I'm returning the cooler itself keeping the adapter and using something else cuz I'm not having a constant leak on a brand new engine.

That makes me feel better about giving new fittings a chance, I really like the quality and the fit I just hate any kind of seapage/leak etc and is a deal breaker....I'm staying positive, will post findings if anyone is interested
