I just put Heritage bars on my 05 RKC and love it. About an inch narrower, few inches higher and a better pull back angle to the grip location......

If you go higher with the same width you will loose cable reach. That's why the RK high bars are narrower and the same for Heritage bars...so as not to have to replace cables. I'm sure there are others. Stay tuned. This subject comes up all the time.

I went with the RK High bars after using Heritage bars for a time.

On my former bike, an 02 RK I used the Hard Chrome Road King replacement bars. Narrower, and taller. They are chrome, and cost me about $50. The cables fit, I just had to bend the brake lines a little to the shape of the new bars. They were not drilled for hidden wires though. I like them alot, I'm 5'11" with a 34" sleeve, and they were comfortable.

How would you describe the pull back angle on the RK high handlebars as compared to the stock bars?

I put the pull back bars offered by Harley for the Road King on mine and just love them. I was going to go with the mini beach bars untill i road a buddies RK with these and I was sold on them.

I have the RK chrome high bars. Pull back angle seems to be the same as my
stock 06 FLHR bars, but do come back a few inches more than stock bars.
I'am real happy with these bars, no more upper back pain.
Cheap fix, $50.00, uses all stock cables.
Look great.

I put the Heritage bars on both my 99 and 03 RK. Uses the stock cables, and makes a world of difference. Amazing what an inch or so will do for comfort.
