Do I need to cut the wires, take all the electrial out then after powder coat resolder them and shrink wire them.

just my .02 cents but I was informed by my bro in Tx (he works at a dealer) that they cut the wires, re solder/heatshrink them prior to re installation. that's the way i'm going to do mine.
