Default OK. You touring guys win.

Got my Street Glide a couple weeks ago. Its been rainy here for the last week. Got to take my first good ride yesterday. All I can say is WOW! I really thought my Softail was great. This bike is even better. The highway was a dream as were the back roads. This bike handles so well that it really doesn't feel like I am riding a bigger bike. Never really wanted a radio but I truly love having one now. Cant wait to take some road trips.

Congrats on the new scoot. I gave up my softail because momma couldn't get comfortable. I'll never go back! I can ride all day now and momma can too! Sometimes blasting the radio, sometimes its off and just enjoying the ride. And my roadglide seems easier to throw around than the softail ever did.

I went back to a Road King because I got tired of my wife riding on the back of my Wide Glide slapping me in the head and telling me what a mistake I made selling the Road King Man was she right.

These Touring bikes are just amazingly comfortable and despite their size very easy to ride. When i do my annual cross-country road trip to the Illinois every summer I routinely run 650 miles a day on average and sometimes more. It's no problem on the Road King.

If you got the Ultra you could ride 800 per day, easy, and actually make it all the way across the country instead of half way. hehehe just kidding man. Congrats on the bike.
