I agree I bought a new to me SG a few months ago, and coming from sportbikes and I had a bigdog prostreet chopper. I never could see myself on a Bagger, now I beat myself up for not making the switch years ago...

I just bought my 2011 Street Glide in July. I sold my 2006 CVO Ultra Classic. I really didn't like the way the Ultra handled. I had a high flow intake, race tuner and slip-ons on the 2006. I must say with just some slip-ons on the Street Glide it seems to have more torque, and of course it is about 70lbs lighter than the ultra. So far I am really impressed with the ride and power. I just wonder if replacing the head pipes and air cleaner will improve the power and torque on the 2011. I would hate to lose the mid range torque by replacing the exhaust.

I hear you, I love my bagger too, but in all honesty I still wish I had my Fat Boy to go along with it, that would be the best of both Worlds! Glad you love your new bike though!

I'm only 53 and still have a part of me that wants to be a bit of a rebel-rouzer and ride a cool cruiser/chopper kind of bike.

Never thought I'd want a bagger. But now that I have my RK, I'll never have a "lesser" bike.

I guess 53 IS getting old.

Never really wanted a radio but I truly love having one now. Cant wait to take some road trips.
I love the wheels on the Street Glide. Congrats!
