Default Went from PCV to Thundermax auto tune I'm a believer !

The ECM crapped out on my 07 RKC. The price on a new ECM was going to be around 350 bucks and my dealer made me an offer of a Thundermax with auto tune for $ 715.00,plus 2 hours labor and INCLUDED a dyno tune" I couldn't pass up the deal and man am I glad I did.

The bike starts up instantly, no more PCV lag, idles much smoother, and I went from 73 peak HP to 81 HP. The bike pulls harder, accelerates smoother and generally is so much more refined. I thought the bike ran great with my fuel Moto map and PCV but man what a difference with the Thundermax. I am impressed and a convert.

My bike has SE air cleaner, Vance & Hines pro pipe chrome, SE 255 cams and now the Thundermax.

Good price on the T-Max, but I think you would have been even happier if you had gone with the EMS.

Its kinda like the Thundermax but a little different. Its a Revolution Performance product. You can take a look at it on you tube or their website.

I was going to to go with PCV, and then I was told too look into thundemax. I looked and was then going to go with powervision. My bike was stock but I had plenty of mods planned: Headers, air, Cams and pushrods, and slips. My indi guy took the time to break it all down for me. So I went the T-max. with all the other mods my bike went from a mild mannered 103 FLHTK to a bat out of hell. I love it. I cant say I have something to comapre it to, as others might have gone from PCV to master-tune and so on, but I can say that my bike runs great, throttle response is killer, way better gas milage, and sixth gear is not a long dronning slow increase in speed. I know I added other stuff but I feel the t-max made it all come together nicely.

thundermax was better for you because you needed the ecm anyhow, ems is a modification done to your ecm. I have one and its fantastic, but you did a good choice in your case

I agree with all T-Max users here. Really à great product with a + for guys like me who's do not have an easy access to a Dyno (Belgium)...
I am planning to install a set of good cams which is the main reason for this choice.
