No rattles to speak of that I have noticed. I did have one (right side) fall or rather shoot out while riding on the interstate Monday. Was doing about 80 when it came out and hit the front tire of the guy riding behind me. Rinehart is replacing them under warranty.

I just purchased a set of the 4" Rinehart's. Hope I don't have any issues. For the price they charge, you would thank stuff like what is being posted on this thread, would never happen.

How can they fall off?.. My true duel is bolted to the frame.

I can't speak for the 4" slipons, but this was a common problem with the early True Duals. Pull the baffles out and slightly flair out both ends so they fit snug. When I did mine I had to use a soft dead blow hammer and tap my end caps on first, then tap whole assembly into the pipe. btw, when I say tap, its more of a firm hit. Others have done the same thing, it worked for me too. Good luck.

I was told that Rinehart changed the process that they used to build the 4" slip ons and that they will warranty the ones built with the old process.

I'm sure he meant the baffle shot out of muffler housing, which doesn't minimize the severity of the incident, especially for the guy behind him.
