103 --erratic idle, surges up & down

Reset the throttle and see if that helps. To many of us "make" our bike do this ourselves by shutting the bike down with our hand on the throttle. This makes the ECM learn a new idle setting and bounce around quite a bit. Might help you out a little.

Sounds like the bike wasn't tuned right.
