I have a 09 street glide with the slammer wheels.. the 5 spoke... but I have the 17in rear & 21in frt.. thay ride great... the wheels are awesome...I've had them on my bike a 1 1/2 yrs now..
Thanks for posting the picture.....that looks awesome. I am stoked now after seeing this and reading the comments. I went with an 18" Rear Wheel so that if I get a flat I should be able to get a rear tire at any Harley Shop as this is the same size rim as the Screamin Eagle Street Glide. I have had two rear flat tires in all my riding days and everything worked out okay....but I was real lucky both times.
Are the contrast wheels all chrome then paint over that?? I like the contrast look but can't stand the maintenance on polished aluminum. That would be a deal breaker for the contrast wheels.
Go here to make an exchange for chrome - price is reasonable
Sorry, I meant with the PM or Roland Sands rims, actually any of the black anodized wheels, that have been cut to have polished parts. I assume that is just raw aluminum??
